Moving Mindfulness and Self-Liberation: Singing Bowl × Mindful Movement Healing Course
Sun Museum will host a singing bowl and mindful movement healing course in December, with special guidance from Theresa Leung. Theresa holds a Master's degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong, and is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner as well as Sounder Sleep System Teacher™, with nearly 30 years of practice in yoga and mind-body studies.
This course consists of three sessions, in which the instructor will guide participants through gentle, comfortable movements to improve posture and balance; release deep muscle tension and ease common pains; restore body awareness, aid injury recovery, and reduce stress. This course is particularly suitable for urban dwellers who sit for long periods and wish to increase flexibility and suppleness.

Hydrangea Mineral Pigment Painting Course
This course consists of consists of three sessions, focusing on understanding mineral pigments painting materials through drawing hydrangea flowers, and learning mineral pigments painting techniques such as flat coating, powder dripping, glazing, polishing, and refining and enhancing the artwork, with no prior experience in mineral pigments painting is required.
