The event series "Sun Playroom" aims to promote art appreciation and creation through various types of workshops and experiential programmes, seeking to inspire participants' creativity and imagination.

2026 Lunar New Year Workshops
As the Lunar New Year approaches, we invites artist Ho Wai Lam, William, to conduct two festive art workshops in February, celebrating the season with calligraphy and ink painting!
William will guide participants in writing Fai Chun for the Year of the Horse using gold ink, as well as teaching them to paint elegant horses in ink, adding an artistic touch to the New Year. Participants will receive a set of the teacher's Fai Chun works as a gift. Let us collectively pray for blessings in the coming year and may good fortune accompany us throughout the Year of the Horse!

Mindful Tea Therapy Study Course
Sun Museum is pleased to invite Tea Master Ms. May Chan to conduct the Mindful Tea Therapy Study Course with us from January to February 2026. This course is divided into three sessions, during which Ms. Chan aims to use tea as a bridge to nurture the mind and body with the wisdom of the Heart Sutra. By incorporating tea therapy rituals into a habit, participants will experience sustained calm and relaxation throughout the course. The course will primarily be conducted in English, beginners in tea therapy studyaged 18 or above are welcome to join.

Family Workshop - Learning Heart Sutra by building "Wisdom Path"
Sun Museum invites Ms. Ho Kar Yee, Rossetti, to conduct two family workshops, ‘Learning Heart Sutra by building “Wisdom Path”’, in January and February 2026. This activity aims to enhance interaction and artistic appreciation among families. Ms. Rossetti will lead participants through a series of sharing and warming-up activities, allowing parents and children to strengthen their physical, mental, and spiritual connections while deepening their understanding of the "Wisdom Path" through assembling mini versions and participating in guided tours of the exhibition. We sincerely invite parents and children to participate in this workshop together!
