Watercolour Birding - Watercolour Bird Demonstration & Birdwatching Sharing

In conjunction with the “The 2nd Hong Kong Paintings in Sai Yuen Lane” exhibition, Sun Museum will host a Watercolour Bird Demonstration & Birdwatching Sharing on Saturday, 5 September, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. We have invited the featured artist Hui Yuen Ying Brenda from the second phase exhibition to demonstrate how to paint birds in watercolour live, as well as share her insights on painting birds and the joys of birdwatching. 

In her eyes, birds represent free will, while watercolour carries a sense of spontaneity. Audience are warmly invited to join the artist in replacing camera lenses with eyes, and shutters with paper and pens, to appreciate the beauty of the birds around us.

This event will be conducted in Cantonese, with free admission.
